i have got an geomagic wrap model and i can not save this model as step format.(I need to save it as step because I need a solid model for fea analysis) I couldn’t figure out the reason because following the same steps before i succeeded in saving as step (AP 203 ) . I will be appreciate if another geomagic user will try the file for me, I have attached the rapidshare link of the file.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I have checked your model. The polygons and patches of your model have intersections. you have to correct them before to create a surface.
